underground city

Have a background design from the project I have been up all night making things for. I have to present it in a few hours and I'm totally gonna faaaiiiilll.

sorry if it is super neon bright but my monitor makes everything so dark I have to up the brighness by a million in photoshop to make things even vaguely visible on the internet. I haven't been able to preview any of my stuff on any other monitor so, Iuno, my presentation might be shocking.... haaha

for some reason every time I draw a background I put a cat in it somewhere....
